ELITEZZA RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Elitezza, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items received. 

  • To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 1 hour of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging. 
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories included.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange. 

  • Personalized or discounted items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless received damaged.

3. Parcel Insurance Policy

  • We strongly recommend purchasing parcel insurance at checkout. 
  • If a customer chooses not to buy insurance, Elitezza will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of the parcel during transit.  

  • Insurance protects your parcel against unexpected courier mishandling or loss. Without it, all risks are borne by the buyer.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after the returned item is received and inspected. 
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (or store credit, if applicable).

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
